With her extensive background as an E-RYT (500hrs) certified yoga instructor, Chrystal brings a unique perspective to physical fitness. Her experience as an ex-British Army Physical Training Instructor and a seasoned personal trainer complements her deep understanding of body mechanics and mobility. Specialising in mobility for athletes, Chrystal's approach transcends traditional yoga, focusing on functional movements to enhance athletic performance and prevent injuries.
