To ensure that Teneriffe Athletic Club is able to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all members and staff, please assist us by complying with the following conditions. We advise you to only sign this Agreement if you understand and agree to abide with these conditions. The information outlined in these terms and conditions can and will be used in the event of a discrepancy.
Terms & Conditions
By signing this Agreement you acknowledge and agree:

You have read and understood this Agreement and agree to abide by your obligations in it;
-
You are medically sound to undertake a normal course of exercise, you use the Club facilities at your sole risk and responsibility and you are aware that exercise is physically demanding and participation in some activities offered by Teneriffe Athletic Club may pose a risk to your health; and
-
This Agreement also relates to your authority to any third party payment provider nominated by Teneriffe Athletic Club to direct debit your nominated bank account or credit card for any instalments or fees due under the terms and conditions of that nominated third party payment provider’s Direct Debit Request and Services Agreement provided to you. As a member, you can use Teneriffe Athletic Club in line with these terms and conditions, including our Code of Conduct.
1. INTRODUCTION

Teneriffe Athletic Club, TAC, We, Us, Our: Torian Athletic Pty Ltd. ABN 37 671 639 884. 76 Commercial Road, Teneriffe 4005.

You, Your, Member: You, Your, Member refers to the name in which the membership has been created, which at times may differ to the party paying for the membership, and includes the parent or guardian of the Member if the Member is under 18 years.

Club, TAC: Refers to Teneriffe Athletic Club.
-
Agreement: This is the Agreement between Teneriffe Athletic Club and you, under which you will become a member of Teneriffe Athletic Club.
-
Minimum Term: The term specified in the Agreement form.
-
Code: Code for operating equipment, opening hours and behaviour in the Club, specified in these terms and conditions, and in Club signs and handouts.
-
Third Party Payment Provider: is the third party payment provider nominated by Teneriffe Athletic Club from time to time, currently being Ezypay.
-
Website: “Website” means the Teneriffe Athletic Club website at www.teneriffeathletic.club or such other website as notified to Members from time to time.
-
Minimum Term Agreement: The membership is for a fixed term and will continue beyond the fixed term until terminated by you or Teneriffe Athletic Club.
2. DEFINITIONS
This section constitutes an Agreement summary for understanding our membership options and add-ons: We note that 12 and 6 month memberships are subject to a cooling-off period, as outlined in clause 17 of these terms and conditions.

Unlimited access to all our group sessions is included as part of any gym membership.

3. MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE

All queries and comments about the services provided under this Agreement should be directed to team@thetac.com

All queries and comments about the direct debit billing service should be directed to the Third Party Payment Provider EzyPay.
-
Where the member elects to pay by direct debit, the member acknowledges that the Third Party Payment Provider has been engaged by the Club to collect the fees due under this Agreement and the member further acknowledges that the member’s contractual relationship with the Third Party Payment Provider is separate to this Agreement.
4. QUERIES
-
All members must complete the Club safety orientation prior to using the facilities. Members who have signed up online are required to notify staff upon arrival during their initial visit.
-
For safety & security all members must scan their digital access pass via the Members App upon entry to the Club at every visit.
-
Your digital access pass is located on the Member App.
-
Scan your pass at any of the readers located on the entry doors.
-
If you attend the Club without your access pass or photo ID we may refuse your entry.
-
Your digital access pass is for your use only and you may not allow anyone else to use it.
-
Upon joining, you will be asked to upload a photo to your member profile, for safety and security reasons. The photograph will be used and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
-
All ‘guest visitors’ to Teneriffe Athletic Club are required to present photo identification upon every visit, complete the guest register, and otherwise comply with our general conditions of entry and Club code as contained in these terms and conditions.
5. CLUB ACCESS
To assist us in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all members and staff, you are required to abide by the following conditions. Failure to abide by these conditions may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
ENTRY: Entry will be refused or you may be requested to leave the Club if:

You are using abusive or threatening language or behaving in a threatening way; or
-
You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol; or you instruct other members when Teneriffe Athletic Club has not authorised you to do so; or
-
You behave in another way that is considered by Teneriffe Athletic Club to be risky, anti-social or inappropriate.
NON-SMOKING: Our Clubs are non-smoking facilities. The smoking of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes or vapes is strictly prohibited.
SAUNAS: Infrared Saunas are available in both the male and female bathrooms. Minimum standards of dress apply such as a swimsuit, shorts, or a towel wrap. Saunas may only be used during staffed hours. For hygiene purposes, you are required to use a towel to cover the entire seat while in the sauna.
SUITABLE CLOTHES: All members and guests must wear suitable clothes and enclosed sports shoes in any exercise areas, shirts must be worn at all times. We do not allow clothes with offensive images or inappropriate advertising.
PERSONAL TOWELS: You are required to use a clean towel when participating in classes, when exercising on gym equipment (including exercise mats), and when using the saunas to maintain our hygiene and safety standards. You may be requested to cease training if you do not use a towel. Subject to availability, you may purchase a towel from reception.
SANITATION: Wipe down equipment and saunas after use with the disinfectant wipes provided from the dispenser or with the available cleaning products.
CAMERA USE: The use of camera equipment, including phones and tripods, within the club requires management approval. Filming or photographing other members without their consent is strictly prohibited. Photography and videography are not allowed in locker rooms and restrooms at any time. For commercial, professional, or project-based photography or filming at the Teneriffe Athletic Club, prior approval from staff is required.
PARKING: Parking in the Club’s car park or on the Club premises at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents.
HEALTH AND SAFETY: All injuries sustained within Teneriffe Athletic Club should be reported to staff. If a fire alarm sounds, everyone must exit the facility immediately and move at least 200m away from the facility. For your safety and protection, areas of the Teneriffe Athletic Club are under 24-hour video surveillance.
SERVICE ANIMALS: Only trained service animals may enter the facility with proper identification and training. All other animals and pets are prohibited.
PERSONAL TRAINING: Personal training services are available for an additional fee. Click here for more information or contact the Club. All arrangements for personal training services and payments should be made directly with the personal trainer. Please note only authorised Teneriffe Athletic Club registered personal trainers are permitted to train members in Teneriffe Athletic Club. Conducting personal training within a Teneriffe Athletic Club without being an approved personal trainer will result in the cancellation of your membership.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY & CLUB CODE
You are required to return equipment to their original state when you have finished, including:

Return weights and bars to their rack.
-
Unload plates from machines and bars.
-
Return equipment to its storage location in group fitness classes.
-
For the safety of you and others, please follow all equipment operating and safety instructions on the equipment.
-
If you are not sure of correct use or operation of equipment please seek assistance from a team member.
-
Where functional training zones are available please seek assistance from a personal trainer if you are unfamiliar with the equipment or its safe and appropriate use.
As a courtesy to other members, please use a clean towel when using equipment and keep phone usage to a minimum.
7. USE OF EQUIPMENT
-
Lockers are available and are located in the change rooms, however lockers are NOT security devices.
-
To the extent permitted by law, Club employees or contractors are not responsible for any loss of, or damage to, your personal property.
-
Damage to lockers will incur a reasonable charge to repair the damage or replace the item.
-
The Club is unable to look after your personal possessions (keys and wallets for example) whilst you are in the Club.
-
Bags are not permitted on the gym floor for safety reasons.
-
Personal items are not permitted to be stored in lockers at any time when a Member is not on the Club premises.
-
Any personal items remaining in lockers or items that have been handed into Reception or found in the Club will be held for two weeks and then donated to a charity nominated by the Club.
-
Personal items found in all facilities will be placed in the Lost & Found.
-
The Lost & Found is cleaned out & discarded every Friday morning.
-
Items that are non-apparel valuables estimated over $100 will be held for 30 days.
8. LOCKERS, VALUABLES AND LOST PROPERTY
For members with 1, 6, or 12-month membership plans, please be aware that upon completion of your initial term, your membership fees are subject to an annual increase ranging from 3-5%, aligned with the relevant Consumer Price Index (CPI) at the time. This adjustment will take effect from your next direct debit date following the end of your minimum term and will recur each year thereafter.
9. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE ADJUSTMENT
Membership at Teneriffe Athletic Club entitles you to:

Train as many times as you wish in a given period, subject to any restrictions in your membership type relating to Club access outside of staffed hours.
-
Participate in normally scheduled group fitness classes. Additional fees may apply for specific group fitness programs or challenges. Please click here for more information in relation to these additional offerings.
-
Use exercise equipment located on the gym floor and training areas.
-
Where applicable, use sauna and locker room facilities.
-
Where applicable use Pickleball facilities. Additional fees may apply.
-
Where applicable, use of the Golf Simulators. Specific membership and access is required.
Teneriffe Athletic Club reserves the right to make changes to exercise equipment supplied at any time or the group fitness timetable at any time (i.e. alter class type, times and instructors).
10. MEMBERSHIP ENTITLEMENTS
You may be eligible to join on a membership that is discounted as a result of an agreement with a Corporate Partner. If Teneriffe Athletic Club’s agreement with that Corporate Partner and/or your employment/membership with the Corporate Partner ceases, we may, at our discretion, revert your membership to the full standard rate for the remainder of your minimum term. In this circumstance, Teneriffe Athletic Club will provide you with notice of the cessation of the corporate partnership and the revised membership price as soon as practical by mail or email using the most up to date physical or email address you have given us.
11. CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS
Minors between the ages of 14 to 17 years may be eligible for a membership subject to the following age policy and the following general terms and conditions:

The minor’s membership and these terms and conditions must be signed and agreed to by the minor’s parent/legal guardian.
-
The minor must comply with all safety requirements of the Club as communicated to the member from time to time;
-
The minor’s membership may be cancelled for any inappropriate behaviour, misuse of equipment or failure to comply with safety requirements;
-
The minor must comply with the applicable sections of the Age Policy; and
-
All minors can only access the Club during staffed hours, subject to the qualifications and exclusions listed in the Age Policy and must leave the Club immediately at the conclusion of staffed hours
AGE POLICY
-
14 and 15 years
-
Membership is permitted with the consent and signature of the minor’s parent/legal guardian.
-
Access is only permitted during staffed hours and minors must be directly accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or suitably qualified personal trainer or other accepted exercise professional.
-
Members in this age group are not eligible to redeem Trial or Guest passes or any other similar promotions.

Membership is permitted with the consent and signature of the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Minor can access the Club independently during staffed hours only (without parent or legal guardian). Access is not permitted in unstaffed hours, even if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Members in this age group are eligible to redeem Trial or Guest visits, however a parent or legal guardian will be required to attend the Club on the minors first visit to sign and acknowledge any required waiver, agreement or terms and conditions.

Standard adult membership terms and conditions apply. All classes and equipment are available subject to any medical advice.

12. CHILDREN
MEETING YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Your responsibilities, including payment of membership fees, do not depend on how often you use the services of Teneriffe Athletic Club.
-
You must tell us about anything that affects your membership, and any changes to your contact information and bank details.
-
You are responsible for effectively managing any changing circumstances related to your physical or medical health which impose a risk to you if you participate in any of our services. If required, you are responsible for seeking approval and adhering to medical advice from your Doctor or General Practitioner.
PROMISING TO TAKE CARE
You promise to:
-
Make sure that you know how to exercise safely, including understanding the safe use of equipment, by asking Club staff for assistance if necessary; and
-
Use your best endeavours to exercise safely at all times.
PERSONAL INJURY & DAMAGE
To the extent permitted by law, Teneriffe Athletic Club exclude any liability to the member in Agreement, tort, statute or in any other way for any injury, damage or loss of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, any liability for direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage), sustained by the member and/or any other person, or for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by the member, arising from or in connection with this Agreement and/or the services/products provided by Teneriffe Athletic Club and/or any act or omission of Teneriffe Athletic Club.
PROPERTY DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
The Member accepts full responsibility for any damage caused, directly or indirectly to associated equipment, and other property of Teneriffe Athletic Club. Teneriffe Athletic Club reserves the right to assess the damage, with the assessment made by an appointed qualified individual being binding on the Member. You agree to bear all costs for repair or replacement of damaged property, with immediate payment required upon receipt of a written notice from Teneriffe Athletic Club. Failure to make timely payments may lead to termination of membership and legal action for cost recovery. Damages resulting from negligence, wilful misconduct, or rule violations may incur additional penalties. Usage of the Club's facilities (including Golf Simulators) signifies the Member’s understanding and agreement to these terms.
OUTSIDE PROVIDERS
Contractors, tenants and franchisees may provide some services, such as personal training, physiotherapy and massage (Outside Providers).
You will need to pay service fees directly to the Outside Providers and Teneriffe Athletic Club are not responsible for those, services, fees or for any associated costs or refunds.
Claiming against Outside Providers:
-
Any service provided by an Outside Provider is a contract between the Outside Provider and you. To the extent permissible by law, Teneriffe Athletic Club does not accept any responsibility for a breach of contract or negligence.
-
If you make a claim because of something an Outside Provider has or has not done, your claim should be brought against the Outside Provider, not us, whether you have paid them or not. To the extent permissible by law you release us from any claim resulting from an act or omission by an Outside Provider.
Wherever we can, we will help you to resolve issues with Outside Providers.
13. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
By signing up to a Teneriffe Athletic Club Membership you authorise Ezypay to:
-
make periodic direct debits of your nominated account for Teneriffe Athletic Club membership fees;
-
make periodic direct debits of your nominated account for Ezypay’s fees and charges including:
-
(i) Ezypay’s fee for the direct debit service;
-
(ii) Ezypay’s fee for securely maintaining my data;
-
(iii) If applicable, Ezypay’s fee for establishing my account;
-
(iv) Ezypay’s fee in the event that I fail to meet a periodic direct debit; and
-
(v) Ezypay’s fee in the event that I choose to use Ezypay’s pre-notification service.
-
-
make the periodic direct debits in accordance with:
-
(i) the payment arrangement for the Teneriffe Athletic Club membership fees as per your Agreement;
-
(ii) Ezypay fees and charges as outlined in this section;
-
(iii) these Terms and Conditions; and
-
(iv) any agreement between Ezypay and the Principal.
-
Ezypay Direct Debit Fee Schedule:
All memberships are billed fortnightly incurring the following fees:
-
Direct Debit Fee (Bank): $0.66 excl. GST
-
Master/Visa Card Fee: $0.27 + 1.799% excl. GST
-
Amex Fee: $0.27 + 1.799% excl. GST
14. DIRECT DEBIT AGREEMENT (DDR) & FEE SCHEDULE
$10.00 failed payment fees are payable to Teneriffe Athletic Club if your membership payment is rejected for any reason, unless the rejection is caused by the Club.
If there are repeated failures to meet your payment obligations (other than through the fault of Teneriffe Athletic Club or its payment provider), without prejudicing Teneriffe Athletic Club’s rights to recover any overdue payments, your membership may be suspended or terminated by written notice to you. All entitlements and entry into the club may be revoked if your account is in arrears and you fail to resolve the debt after being provided reasonable notice.
If your automatic direct debit reverses or is returned to us by your financial institution the following process will apply:

The Club will attempt to automatically debit your nominated account again in 24 hours.
-
If the debit remains outstanding the Club will attempt to contact you about retrying the debit within 14 days of the reversal with any late fees that apply.
-
If you fail to pay us the fees by the due date, we are entitled to refuse you entry to the Club.
-
If unpaid fees remain outstanding and after attempts by us to rectify the arrears, your membership will be forwarded to a third-party debt collector for further action.
15. FAILED PAYMENT & OVERDUE FEES
If you are paying by direct debit, and there is a default in your obligations under your Agreement (such as non-payment or late payment), Teneriffe Athletic Club will notify you of this default. If you fail to remedy the default after being notified, you hereby authorise Teneriffe Athletic Club to inform any third-party debt collector of the default and share relevant personal and account information with them, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
16. DEBT COLLECTION
All membership Agreements are designated as an ‘ongoing membership’ and you acknowledge that unless you provide notice of termination of your membership prior to the end of the minimum period your membership fees will continue to be deducted on a regular periodical basis until you give us 30 days notice of your intent to end your membership
If a Member wishes to make a cancellation request, it must be provided to the Club as follows:
DURING THE COOLING OFF PERIOD
-
6 and 12 month memberships are subject to a seven (7) business days cooling off period.
-
The cooling off period applies to new memberships only and does not apply to membership transfers or renewals.
-
The cooling off period starts from the date the Agreement is entered into (the date the Agreement is signed) and ends at close of seven (7) business days later.
-
Your membership can be cancelled during the cooling off period by contacting the Teneriffe Athletic club at team@thetac.com
PERMANENT SICKNESS OR PHYSICAL INCAPACITY
You may terminate your Agreement before the expiry of the Minimum Term if you are sick or incapacitated and time freeze is not a suitable option for your circumstances. In this circumstance, the cancellation request must include a current certificate or letter from a qualified medical practitioner stating that you cannot utilise any fitness services or facilities for the foreseeable future because of a relevant permanent illness of physical incapacity.
CANCELLATION DURING MINIMUM TERM FOR ANY OTHER REASON
You may terminate your Agreement before the expiry of the Minimum Term (or payment amount) if all instalments and fees related to the membership up to the date of termination are paid, and the relevant cancellation fee is paid in full at time the cancellation request is processed.
You will be required to make a 50% payout of the remaining balance of membership fees relevant to the minimum term for early cancellation.
For membership cancellation within minimum terms, Members are required to set up an appointment to sign a cancellation form and process the cancellation payment. If you are unable to attend in person due to injury or illness, you can request the cancellation via email. Written correspondence is to be sent directly to Teneriffe Athletic Club along with a medical certificate, form of ID with your full name, address and DOB.
CANCELLATIONS AFTER COMPLETION OF MINIMUM TERM
There will be a period of notice of 30 days, unless otherwise specified, from the date of cancellation request to the date of termination, during which any payments that fall due must be paid in full. The notice period will exclude freeze or payment break time applied to your membership.
Any instalments/fees due at the date of termination (including instalments/fees which fall due during the notice period) will remain a debt owed to and recoverable by Teneriffe Athletic Club and/or their third-party debt collector.
All cancellation requests carry a 30 day notice fee, processed from the date the Club receives the original request.
TERMINATION BY THE CLUB
The Club reserves the right to terminate a membership Agreement in any of the following circumstances:

If a Member fails to abide by any part of their Agreement or these terms and conditions, including but not limited to conditions of entry, Club Code, and our privacy policy.
-
If a Member fails to abide by the obligations listed in their Agreement and the breach/non-compliance is incapable of remedy or you fail to remedy the breach/ non-compliance within 14 days of being notified by Teneriffe Athletic Club or continued breaches occur;
-
If Teneriffe Athletic Club believes that a Member have engaged in conduct that infringes on the health, safety or wellbeing of any other members or staff, or such action is required to protect the health and safety of you or other members; and/or
-
Due to the temporary or permanent closure of the Club for any reason.
TERMINATION BY THE MEMBER
Members are permitted to terminate this Agreement, without incurring a cancellation fee, in the following circumstances:

Where these terms and conditions or a Club Code is changed and you are adversely affected by the change. For the avoidance of doubt however, changes to club timetables, facilities, safety measures, equipment do not permit you to terminate this Agreement under this clause.
-
If we breach our obligations to you and we do not fix the breach in a reasonable time after you have told us about it in writing. We will refund you any membership fees you pay between the date of notification and the date on which we decide that we cannot fix the breach.
17. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
You have the option to temporarily pause your membership twice within a 12 month period for a combined total hold period of 12 weeks. The following terms apply to membership holds:

While a membership is on hold, a $5 fee will be charged each week.
-
Members can initiate the hold process via the Member App.
-
If you are within your minimum term, any time freezes are not classified as a full payment toward your contract and the Minimum Period of the membership will be extended by the length of any freeze.
-
Membership holds cannot be backdated. You must request a hold at least 7 days prior to the requested start date of the hold.
18. MEMBERSHIP HOLDS
You can transfer your membership to another person (Transferee) within the Minimum Term of your Agreement so long as the Transferee:
-
Is not a current member and has not been a member in the last 3 months;
-
Completes the new membership sign-up process;
-
Is eligible to take up your membership (for instance, you cannot transfer a corporate or concession membership to someone who would not qualify for that membership); and
-
Has not previously been banned from Teneriffe Athletic Club for any reason.
The transfer is effective only after the Transferee has completed the sign-up process. Transferees of a membership are subject to the same membership terms and conditions as the originating member and as changed by the Club from time to time.
Foundation, family, friends or discounted memberships, or memberships which have completed their Minimum Term cannot be transferred.
19. TRANSFER MEMBERSHIP
24/7 ACCESS PASS
-
For member’s safety, you cannot ask another member to provide you with access to the Club in unstaffed hours.
-
Members must not admit guests or in any way facilitate unauthorised access to the Club. If you breach this obligation, you will be notified by the Club and a tailgate fee of $150 will be payable to the Club. Subsequent breaches of this obligation will result in your membership cancellation.
-
If you deliberately use the 24/7 emergency system inappropriately, you agree to pay any costs, loss or damage incurred because of the inappropriate use.
CHILDREN AND MINORS
-
Members that are 17 years old and under are not eligible for 24/7 Memberships as they are only allowed access during staffed hours. For further information, please refer to our Age Policy in section 12.
GENERAL INFORMATION
-
You will read and follow all safety instructions displayed on equipment and throughout the Club.
-
Saunas are strictly not to be used under any circumstances during unstaffed hours.
20. 24/7 TERMS OF ENTRY
The Club is monitored by Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) at all times.
-
You acknowledge and understand that CCTV will be installed in appropriate areas within each club and surrounds as a strategic component for team member, member and contractor safety and crime and misconduct prevention.
-
By entering our club, you consent to being filmed under CCTV for these purposes and understand that we will only use and store your image in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
21. CCTV
Teneriffe Athletic Club has panic buttons and security lanyards for safety and security reasons and to alert a security company in emergencies, for example, if you are, or feel, threatened or need medical help. You must understand how emergency apparatus works and agree to use it only in an emergency.If you deliberately use emergency apparatus inappropriately, you agree to pay for any costs, loss or damages incurred because of this inappropriate use.
22. EMERGENCIES
Your safety and the safety of other members and our staff is of utmost importance to us. We may, from time to time, introduce reasonable health and safety measures to ensure your safety and the safety of other members and our staff. If we make any reasonable health and safety measures a condition of entry and you refuse to comply with these measures, you may not be permitted to enter the Club at our discretion (unless a medical exemption applies and we are provided with appropriate supporting documents).
23. ADDITIONAL SAFETY MEASURES
We may need to close our Club for a period of time, for example, due to an emergency, maintenance or if required by law. We may close our Club up to 7 days in any 30 day period under this clause and keep charging Membership Fees. Teneriffe Athletic Staff will use best endeavours to notify members of any closures in advance.
24. CLUB CLOSURES
We may change these terms and conditions. This includes changing a club’s opening hours, its services and facilities and membership fees. Sometimes, we may also close the Club or areas of the Club for refurbishment. In these circumstances we will not reduce your membership fees at our discretion. If we reasonably consider that any change to the terms and conditions is likely to benefit you or be of no, or immaterial, detriment to you, we can make the change immediately and do not need to notify you.
For all other changes, we give you at least 30 days notice of any changes, for instance by:

Publishing them in our newsletter or on our website; or

Placing a notice in the Club; or
-
Calling you or writing to the address (post or email) you last gave us.
25. STAYING UP TO DATE WITH YOUR TERMS
Classes may require booking due to limited availability. Bookings can be made via the Member App up to seven days in advance. Bookings are limited to five active bookings at any time. You can cancel your booking online up to 90 mins prior. If you book but do not attend the class, you will be notified by email and may be charged up to $20 for a no show fee. Please ensure you are on time to the session, entry after the class has started may be refused by the coach for safety reasons.
26. GROUP EXERCISE BOOKINGS
We can assign or transfer the benefit of your contract to a person, firm or company at any time, provided we are reasonably satisfied that the person, firm or company is capable of performing its obligations under this contract. We will give you 30 days’ prior notice in writing.
We can also sub-contract our obligations to someone else without notice to you. But if we do, we are still responsible for ensuring those obligations are met.
27. HAVING YOUR CONTRACT TRANSFERRED
Your “personal information” (as that term is defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) will only be used by Teneriffe Athletic Club in accordance with the provision of their Privacy Statements. The Teneriffe Athletic Club Privacy Statement can be obtained from our website www.teneriffeathletic.club
We sometimes film or photograph the Club so it is possible you will appear in the background. By signing our Membership Agreement, you allow us to use your image in promotional and other business-related material, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
Teneriffe Athletic Club will use the contact details you have provided in the Agreement to contact you about your membership. Teneriffe Athletic Club, related companies and companies we engage to perform services on our behalf, may also contact you from time to time both during and after your membership with information about fitness and wellness, promotions, special offers and other materials about Teneriffe Athletic Club and related companies' service and products.
Teneriffe Athletic Club will not provide your personal information or contact details to unrelated third parties. Depending on your preferences, you may be contacted in the following ways: mobile, email and/or SMS. You can change your mind at any time about receiving marketing materials by contacting Teneriffe Athletic Club at team@thetac.com

28. PRIVACY POLICY
This Agreement and its Annexures and any Special Terms & Conditions listed on the website constitute the entire Agreement, understanding and arrangement (express and implied) between the Member and Teneriffe Athletic Club relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes and cancels any previous agreement, understanding and arrangement relating thereto whether written or oral.
