Every TAC membership includes unlimited group training classes at no extra cost and with no booking fees. Led by qualified coaches, each session is programmed to help you build strength, improve fitness and train with purpose. All levels are welcome.
ESD Class
Conditioning-based class focused on building your endurance, stamina and overall fitness. Using a mix of cardio equipment, functional movements and structured intervals, each session is designed to improve your engine, boost work capacity and help you move efficiently under fatigue. Suitable for all fitness levels, with scalable options available.

Hyrox Class
Our Hyrox class is designed to help you build the strength, endurance and race-day confidence needed to perform at your best. Combining running, functional strength work and Hyrox-specific movements, each session is programmed to improve fitness, pacing, technique and overall work capacity. Whether you’re preparing for competition or just want to train like an athlete, all levels are welcome.
