Anthony Lett

With over three decades of experience in mobility and stretch coaching, Anthony has dedicated his career to helping people move better, perform at their best and build long-term physical resilience. As the founder of StretchFit, he combines decades of hands-on coaching with evidence-based principles.


An internationally recognised pilates and mobility educator, Anthony has taught in more than 30 countries and served as Advanced Education Director with BASI Pilates International. He's the author of eight books on pilates and movement — four of them Amazon best-sellers — and a former Australian Tennis Coach of the Year.
 

Anthony has worked with everyone from everyday clients to elite athletes across tennis, AFL, rugby league, boxing, swimming, triathlon, dance and distance running. His qualifications span sports science, exercise medicine and clinical anatomy, and his philosophy is simple: better movement leads to better health, performance and quality of life.

Join StretchFit every Thursday evening with back-to-back sessions at 5:00pm and 6:00pm in the Group Fitness Room. Led by stretching expert Anthony Lett, these 55-minute sessions use a methodical, anatomy-based approach — working through the body one muscle group at a time with long, controlled holds to build balanced flexibility and better mobility. Suitable for all levels, StretchFit is the perfect complement to strength training and everyday movement.
