Absolutely not! Our run club is open to runners of all levels, from beginners to seasoned marathoners. We believe in fostering a supportive environment where everyone can improve at their own pace. Whether you're just starting out or training for your next big race, you'll find a welcoming community here.

Our run club offers a variety of distances to cater to different fitness levels, ranging from 5km to 10km. We have groups running at different paces, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner, you'll find a pace group that suits you. We encourage everyone to run at a comfortable pace, and there's always a lead runner and a sweeper to ensure no one is left behind.

Our group runs take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 5am. We meet at Teneriffe Athletic Club. The routes are shared weekly in our members' group chat, and we choose scenic and safe routes that are enjoyable for all.

Definitely! We believe that running is more enjoyable when shared with others. After our runs, we often gather for a coffee or a casual meal, giving members a chance to socialise and build friendships. We also organise regular social events, like fun runs, charity events, and seasonal parties, making it easy to connect with fellow runners off the track. Our resident run coach, Katie, also leads regular run clubs, including the Fishbowl 5k Club on Mondays at 6pm, Felons Run Club on Wednesdays at 5:45pm, and the Club KT x Shokz Walk Run Club on Fridays at 5:15am. We recommend that you bring a few essentials to ensure a comfortable and safe run. Please wear proper running shoes suited for your foot type, comfortable workout attire appropriate for the weather, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you have any specific needs like energy gels or a running watch, feel free to bring those as well. And, of course, don’t forget your enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
