Conditioning Class

Build your engine. Find your rhythm.

Conditioning at Teneriffe Athletic Club gives you a clear focus for each session and a varied approach across the week. From longer, steady efforts to shorter bursts of intensity, you'll work on the fitness to keep moving and come back ready for the next effort.

Fitness you can
build on

With programming led by Exercise Scientist Chris Chan, classes bring together purposeful training, coaching support and the energy of a group. Whether you're getting started or building on an established routine, there's room to challenge yourself at your own level.

What to Expect Each Week

Join us on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with three training focuses across the week.

Aerobic conditioning

Longer intervals and active recovery to build endurance. These sessions focus on finding a sustainable pace and keeping your effort consistent over time.

Anaerobic conditioning

Shorter, sharper efforts at a higher intensity. Expect focused bursts of work with recovery between efforts.

Mixed modal conditioning

Dumbbells and functional movements combined with cardio machines. These sessions bring different movements together for a varied conditioning workout.
