Luke Gamble has a decade of experience in the fitness industry, specialising in both 1-on-1 coaching and group classes. His journey in fitness began with his own transformation, having lost over 30kg and maintaining a healthy lifestyle ever since. Luke understands the challenges and rewards that come with a fitness journey and is passionate about guiding others to unlock their potential. His approach is rooted in evidence-based training principles, ensuring that his clients achieve sustainable, effective results.

- Coached a Masters athlete in the 50-55 category at the 2019 CrossFit Games
- Helped numerous clients rehabilitate from injuries, including back issues and double knee replacement surgeries

Why He Became a Trainer

Luke’s own fitness journey taught him the importance of healthy habits and how they can positively impact a person’s life. He became a trainer to share this knowledge and to help others discover that living an active, healthy lifestyle can be simple and enjoyable with the right support and guidance.
