Anthony Lett
Stretch Coach
With over three decades of experience in mobility and stretch coaching, Anthony has dedicated his career to helping people move better, perform at their best, and build long-term physical resilience. As the founder of StretchFit, he combines decades of practical coaching with evidence-based principles to create intelligent, effective approaches to stretch, movement, training, and wellbeing.
Anthony has taught and presented in more than 30 countries as an internationally recognised pilates and mobility educator and served as the Advanced Education Director with BASI Pilates International. He has worked with everyone from everyday clients seeking to improve their health to elite athletes competing at the highest level. His work bridges hands-on studio practice with applied sports science, combining practical experience with evidence-based principles.

Experience
Anthony is the author of eight books on pilates and movement, with four achieving Amazon best-seller status, and is recognised internationally as an expert educator in movement and performance. Throughout his career, he has developed education programs for health and movement professionals while coaching athletes across a wide range of sports, including tennis, AFL, rugby league, boxing, swimming, triathlon, dance, and distance running.
A former Australian and Victorian Tennis Coach of the Year, Anthony's experience spans rehabilitation, athletic performance, injury prevention, and recovery. His work bridges hands-on coaching with applied sports science, making complex concepts practical and accessible for clients of all abilities.
