Katie, a long-time resident of the Teneriffe, Newstead, and New Farm, has spent over 14 years dedicating herself to her community. Her genuine passion and commitment have made her a renowned figure, especially as a personal trainer and running coach who brings together diverse groups of like-minded individuals.
 

Experience

With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Katie is an accomplished athlete with significant achievements in natural bodybuilding, triathlons, road and trail running, and ultra running. Her expertise lies in designing running programs, strength and conditioning tailored specifically for runners, and assisting those new to running.
 

Katie’s extensive background includes working with clients to restore balance in their busy lives, focusing on both physical fitness and mental well-being. She actively collaborates with both local and international charities, using her platform to raise funds and awareness. Through regular walk-run clubs and engaging social events, she fosters a strong sense of community and belonging.
 

Coaching Philosophy

Katie’s coaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and connected community. She emphasises the importance of life balance, guiding her clients to improve their physical fitness while ensuring they feel supported and connected throughout their fitness journey.
